Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Primary Therapist to join our compassionate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

Collaborate with medical professionals, case managers, and other therapists

Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Provide crisis intervention as needed

Stay current with best practices in mental health therapy
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field

Licensed or license-eligible (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) in California

Experience in a clinical setting

Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities
