  • What insurance plans do you accept?
We work with most insurance plans in and out of network. In network, we accept Medicare, and a range of commercial plans including Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna and Cigna. Once you call to make an appointment, a staff member will verify your insurance and benefits, and will obtain authorizations from your insurance company for the services in advance of your visit.
  • Which mental health conditions do we treat?
Our facility offers support and treatment for individuals experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Emotional and Behavioral Dysregulation. We also provide care for those dealing with secondary issues related to substance abuse and eating disorders.
  • What treatment options do you offer?
Our treatment center offers a comprehensive range of innovative and advanced therapeutic options, meticulously designed to cater to the unique needs of each individual. We specialize in a blend of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and targeted therapy for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). These are complemented by holistic practices such as yoga, art therapy, sound baths, and meditation, led by our team of experts in a serene, resort-like environment. Our approach ensures a personalized, physician-guided treatment plan that focuses on both mental and physical well-being, aimed at providing a comprehensive and deeply personal healing journey for each patient.
  • How do we determine the most suitable program for you?
At the outset of your journey with Elevated Healing, a skilled intake therapist will conduct a thorough assessment to decide if our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Programs are well-suited to your specific needs. Should it be determined that our services might not be the best fit to address your requirements, the therapist will guide you towards alternative providers or programs that are better aligned with your treatment needs.
  • How quickly can new patients begin their treatment?
Upon your initial inquiry about our services, our dedicated admissions specialists will immediately engage with you to understand your specific needs. They will assist in determining the appropriate level of care and treatment required, manage the collection and verification of your insurance details, and facilitate tours of our state-of-the-art facilities. A member of our clinical team will conduct a comprehensive clinical assessment to gather all necessary information. Based on the outcome of this assessment and the clearance of your insurance, the entire process from inquiry to admission can vary, typically ranging from 1-2 days to up to a week. We are committed to ensuring this process is as swift and seamless as possible, prioritizing your care and comfort throughout.
  • How frequently do I need to participate in the program?
Patients enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) are expected to attend the program on a daily basis throughout the week. For those in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), the program runs during weekdays, with a recommended attendance of three to five days per week. The precise frequency of your participation will be determined in consultation with your care team, ensuring it aligns with your individual needs and treatment goals.
  • What is a standard day like in the PHP/IOP program?
A typical day in our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs commences with a group therapy session, starting with a check-in process. Throughout the day, participants engage in a variety of sessions focusing on skills development, processing, mindfulness, or specific themes, structured around the age of the participants. Scheduled breaks, including a lunch break for PHP participants, are interspersed between these sessions. Over the course of the week, you'll also have the opportunity to meet individually with various members of your treatment team, which may include your primary therapist, psychiatrist, family therapist, and educational specialist, stepping aside from group activities for these important consultations.
  • What is your process of communication and coordination with my PCP?
We coordinate with, and regularly inform your PCP, of your progress as well as any other specialists you may have. This includes follow-up on your unique, customized post discharge plan, notification upon admittance, discharge, and regularly scheduled progress notes throughout your term at Elevated Healing Centers.
